Established in 2005 by a clinician and non-profit executive who understands the need for qualified committed employees and contractors, Staffmore LLC began as a premiere staffing and consulting company for the behavioral health field and other non-profits in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties. Recruiting, training and placing behavioral health professionals remains our specialty.

Our Leadership Team

Kerey Parnes
President

Kerey Parnes is the Founder and President of Staffmore. She began her career by training as a Freudian Psychotherapist and managed her own private practice for a decade prior to moving into healthcare administration. Kerey worked as the Outpatient Director and Quality Assurance Administrator before becoming the CEO of a Philadelphia nonprofit specializing in children’s behavioral health.

Throughout her career path, Kerey realized that the greatest barrier to delivering these necessary services was the recruitment of quality clinical staff. To answer this need, Staffmore was launched in 2005 with the mission to deliver the high level of staffing and support services that Kerey wanted for her own nonprofit.

Christina Sorvari
Director of Operations

Christina oversees Recruiting, Credentialing, Training, and Staffing functions. Prior to working with Staffmore, Christina worked in community behavioral health programs, Employee Assistance Counseling, and with Managed Care Organizations. Christina joined Staffmore in 2013 and has experience working in each department she now oversees. Christina loves working with people, and her hands-on approach serves our community of agencies and professionals well.

Fatimah Zidan
Finance Manager

Fatimah joined Staffmore in 2016 as our finance manager. With over 8 years of experience in accounting and finance and a master’s degree in business administration, Fatimah brings her experience and love of working with numbers and analytical work to all she does. Prior to working with Staffmore, Fatimah worked in personal and business tax preparation and business analysis and development.
