How Our
Process Works


Our streamlined process caters to your busy schedule. An interview with one of our recruiters typically lasts 30 minutes and can be done in-person or virtually. 

Complete Credentialing

We guide you through the entire credentialing process from gathering and filling out required paperwork to instruction on how to properly submit any and all required documentation.


Staffmore offers a full range of training modules including required initial and annual training to ensure state and local compliance.  


Prior to placement, we'll meet with you to discuss expectations, training requirements, compensation and any additional questions you may have. You will also have the opportunity to meet with the various department leaders and staff that you will interact with during your time with Staffmore.
